WINDOWS VISTA!!!!!!!!!!?
i have a laptop with windows vista and i was wondering if there are any programs on here where i can edit my photos, not in paint, a specific program or shortcut. for example, i want to change some colors on a photo, from color to sepia or black and white… HELP!! =)

Vista doesn’t come with a photo editing program, but it may have one from the company that made the laptop. Check your programs list, really, no way to know otherwise.
If not, you can get a free, relatively good, one at http://getpaint.net
It can handle what you want to do, easily.

Yes there is a built in photo gallery that you can touch up photos though I would go with a third party photo editing software.

Look, the best of best is PhotoShop. No better, can make and immediate change like you say, from normal to black, sepia, and much more. Its the best. Here the link:
