Windows Vista: How do I share programs over differing user profiles?

I have Windows Vista premium home edition on my laptop and have recently installed Microsoft office onto it. The programs seem to only show up on my profile (administrator) and not on the other profile I setup for my girlfriend. I cannot figure out how to give her profile permission. Little help?

    You can log in and reinstall the software under her profile, you can copy the entire folder from C:Users[username]AppDataRoaming to another user’s profile by using the same path with a different [username], or you can copy the shortcuts for the programs to the Desktop folders for each profile.

    The user profiles are stored in a particular location.

    In Vista, they are in C:Users

    Subfolders in those locations show the user accounts. If you go into one of those folders and go into the Desktop folder you will see what each user has on their own desktop.

    Now, there is one folder where icons are shared amongst all users.
    In Vista, the folder is UsersPublicPublic Desktop

    You can delete, copy, move and the like from one Desktop folder to another. However, if you delete from the All Users or Public Desktop, it is deleted for every user on the system.

    You can copy or move shortcuts from these folders to the individual user accounts Desktop folder if you would like to keep them for specific users. Hope that helps!
